Return Procedure

2. Receive Return Approval
Once approved, we will send you:

▹ A free pre-paid return label (downloadable and printable)
▹ Detailed packing and return instructions
3. Prepare Your Package
Place the item securely in its original packaging with all included components
4. Ship the Return
Attach the provided return label and drop the parcel off at the designated carrier location
Wrong Product:
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at help@hestialux.com with photos of the product and packaging.

Exchange:
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that minor variations in color, size, or texture do not qualify as defects.

We understand that sometimes plans change.
